Monday May 5 to Sunday May 11 - Grilled Center Cut Filet served with a porcini mushroom sauce, gorgonzola smashed red bliss potatoes, grilled asparagus, and beer battered onion rings.

Monday May 12 to Sunday May 18 - Pan Seared Scallops served with a citrus reduction, toasted almond infused basmati rice, our white grape, purslane, and tarragon salad, and crispy salsify.

Monday May 19 to Sunday May 25 - Chicken Saltimbocca Tender marinated chicken breast pounded thin and rolled with cured pancetta, provolone cheese, shiitake mushrooms, and baby spinach, served with a sage-port reduction, creamy roasted red pepper polenta, sautéed haricot verts, and crispy carrots.

Monday May 26 to Sunday June 1 - Pan Roasted Sea Bass served with sun dried tomato and kalamata olive tapanades, herb roasted new potatoes, sautéed arugula, and cherry tomatoes.
